Context

Every month, supplier invoices were copied into a spreadsheet by hand: hours of typing and wrong amounts.

Role

End-to-end design and development: a React drop zone, a Node.js server that reads the PDFs, AI analysis checked against a schema, then the Excel file.

Outcome

Dozens of invoices converted in one go, and a file ready to hand to the accountant.
